Each student who successfully completes the program will receive the degree of Doctor of Integrative Medicine, within his or her prior medical or health care scope of practice.<br><br>Dissertation Requirement<br>A dissertation must be submitted for the Doctor of Integrative Medicine degree. Candidacy for the dissertation shall be established following, at a minimum, completion of three semesters including final examinations in course approved for graduate credit with a minimum average grade of 3.0 in all course work. Approval of the dissertation is the responsibility of an examining committee appointed by the Dean on the recommendation of the student's advisor. The advisor is the chairperson of the committee, and the remaining members of the committee are members of the graduate faculty who are familiar with the student's professional specialty.
