Our servers are constantly moving (Malaysia, Japan, Laos, Bolivia, Panama) and are ALWAYS outside the United States and Europe). Als Vorteile für den Kunden bewirbt AnonymousSpeech seine Domainprodukte mit "Steuervorteilen" und "Gain Jurisdictional Benefits", "Prevent Oppressive Government Harassment". Zwischen Provider und Kunde käme es laut AnonymousSpeech auch nicht zu einem Vertrag ("There is no direct legal protection contract between you and AnonymousSpeech"). Anfragen von Rechtsanwälten würde zudem ins Leere laufen ("Any lawyer in the United States or the European Union can send a subpoena to your local communication provider. However, sending a subpoena directly overseas does not work, since it is not legally valid").
