Auch das [[International Biographical Centre]] (IBC) der Firma Melrose Press Ltd vergibt die entsprechenden wertlosen Schmuckauszeichnungen. Als Verlagsstandort wählte man nicht zufällig Cambridge in Großbritannien. Für eine Gebühr zwischen 100 und 1.000 Dollar bietet das IBC "Auszeichnungen" unabhängig von persönlichen Leistungen an. Diese werden als Award, Diploma oder Zertifikat bezeichnet. Die "symbolisch" genannte Gebühr fällt dabei für Druck, Rahmung und Herstellung der Papiere an. Die in den Personalenzyklopädien der IBC zu den einzelnen Personen wiedergegebenen Angaben stammen dabei von den Personen selbst, die auf diese Weise eine Biographie im gewünschten Sinne beeinflussen können. Im Falle von Zuwendungen durch die verzeichneten Personen kommt es dabei zu einem umfangreicheren Eintrag und diesem Personenkreis wird die Möglichkeit gegeben, beim IBC bestimmte "Auszeichnungen" zu erwerben.<br>Weitere IBC-Kunden sind beispielsweise [[Hans Joachim Kempe]], [[Hans-Joachim Zillmer]], [[Ignat Ignatov]] oder [[Erik Enby]].
