Horst Eckardt ist ein deutscher promovierter Physiker und Buchautor aus München. Eckardt ist in der deutschen Freie Energie - Szene aktiv und war Gründungsmitglied der RAFÖG. Er fungiert derzeit als "European Director" eines "Alpha Institute for Advanced Studies" (AIAS).
