Als Kritiker von Fucilla öffentlich zugängliche Informationen aus dem Internet in einem Artikel bei sott.net zusammentrugen<ref>http://www.sott.net/article/251809-Francesco-Fucilla-Impossible-science-doesnt-exist</ref>, wurden sie von Fucilla mit zahlreichen Drohmails überzogen, der mit dem englischen MI5-Geheimdienst, Interpol und der Polizei drohte. Des Weiteren erfolgten anonyme Drohanrufe mit Morddrohungen.
