Als Kritiker von Fucilla öffentlich zugängliche Informationen aus dem Internet in einem Artikel bei sott.net zusammentrugen, wurden sie von Fucilla mit zahlreichen Droh-Email angeschrieben, der mit dem englischen MI5-Geheimdienst, Interpol und der Polizei drohte. Des weiteren erfolgten anonyme Drohanrufe mit Morddrohungen.
