Laut Vithoulkas wäre die Praxis der modernen wissenschaftlichen Medizin (der er ein baldiges Ende voraussagte) ein Gesundheitsdesaster für die Menschheit. Die Verschreibung von Medikamenten wäre für einen weltweiten Niedergang der Gesundheit verantwortlich und führe zu einer ''Degeneration der Menschheit''. Vithoulkas lehnt Impfungen und Antibiotika ab, da diese zu Allergien, Asthma, AIDS und Krebs führten. Auch glaubt Vithoulkas nicht an eine Verlängerung der durchschnittlichen Lebenserwartung durch medizinische Massnahmen. Stattdessen würde alten Menschen Antibiotika gegeben werden, was bei ihnen zur Alzheimerkrankheit führen würde. If your grandfather goes into a state of Alzheimer?s, he can live for so many years after that. Am 22. Februar 2010 forderte Georgos Vithoulkas Skeptiker der Homöopathie heraus. Zuvor hatten Kritiker der Homöopathie in einem kollektiven und öffentlich gemachten "Überdosierungsversuch" vergeblich versucht sich zu vergiften (siehe: http://www.1023.org.uk). Vithoulkas griff in die Debatte um die Homöopathie ein und schlag einen alternativen "Versuch" vor, der jedoch nicht einem modernen Studiendesign entspricht. 40 "Skeptiker" sollten doch 2 Monate lang jeden Tag das Mittel "Alumina 200C" einnehmen. Sie würden sodann feststellen, dass am Ende mindestens 10% der Teilnehmer ''up to 10% or more'' mit "leichten" oder "schweren" Symptomen einer Obstipation (Verstopfung) kämpfen würden.<ref>I challenge the Sceptics ! Eine Obstipation ist allerdings ein relativ häufiger Zustand, sodass es auch spontan bei einer Minderheit von Menschen innerhalb von 2 Monaten dazu kommt.
