Der Kaufpreis des 100 W - Modells SKLep soll zukünftig bei 249 US Dollar liegen. Erfinder Rossi erzählte mit der Produktion zu geginnen, falls mehr als eine 1 Million Vorbestellungen vorlägen. Im Februar 2022 wurde beleglos behauptet, dass 800.000 Vorbestellungen vorlägen. Vorbestellungen sollen über den [[Jupiter Verlag]] von [[Adolf Schneider]] laufen. Entsprechend erschien Anfang 2022 ein Werbeartikel zum SKLep im [[NET-Journal]] von Schneider.

Delivery: The Customer agrees that the Ecat MiniSKLep will be delivered only if Leonardo Corporation collects orders for at least 1,000,000 (one million) units, combining Ecat SKLeps and MiniSKLeps, where 10 MiniSKLelps account for 1 SKLep . Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer when the deliveries will begin. In any case Leonardo Corporation will inform the Customer of the delivery date within December 31st, 2022. The refund will be immediately made after Leonardo Corporation receives the returned ECAT SKLep integer, without broken or tampered with parts. If the ECAT SKLep or MiniSKLep reports broken or tampered with parts, Leonardo Corporation will not refund the broken or tampered with ECAT SKlep of MiniSKLep unit and will not be liable for any consequence derived from the tampered with body or caused by disregard of the instructions of use contained in the manual. The same right of withdrawal exists for the Minisklep if it will not respect the data described above.<br>Warranty: At the delivery of the ECAT SKLep or MiniSKLep the Customer will receive the 3 years warranty and the certification of third independent party for the efficiency and the safety of the ECAT SKLep, together with the instruction manual.<br>Warnings: The Customer is not allowed to disassemble or to modify the ECAT SKLep or MiniSKLep in any way and any modification or disassembling and reassembling will cancel the warranty. The Customer is aware of the fact that the E–CAT technology has been patented.<br>Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This order shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without regards to the conflicts of law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this order shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Miami, Florida, USA.<br>
