Medvedev aus dem Jahre 1976 ist, geriet wegen ihres unwissenschaftlichen Jargons in die Kritik. In diesem Buch ist auf Seite 22 die Rede von "radioaktivem Blei", dass zu organischen Hirnschäden führe (''"Radioactive lead... is a cause of lead poisoning and brain damage"''), radioaktiver Zerfall wird als "explosions per second" bezeichnet und Übergewicht werde durch Iod 131 ausgelöst.
