Es gibt einen Viktor Kandyba. Er taucht unter etwas unterschiedlichen Namen auf. Es heisst über ihn: "Kandyba Victor M. - Russian writer, hypnotist, a member of the World Association of professional hypnotists, president of the World Association of complementary medicine at YUNEKO, president of the Association of Traditional Medicine of the USSR." Die Pravda schreibt, dass Kandyba herausgefunden hätte dass die Menschheit von Atlantis stamme und Atlantis irgendwo in der Artik zu finden sei: "The well-known Russian scientist and explorer Kandyba raises the above and other issues in his books. Kandyba is also the president of the World Association of Professional Hypnotists. He spent many years exploring various parts of the world, taking part in expeditions across the Atlantic and the Arctic.
