Radek Klubal est un tchèque, fondateur et médecin en chef du "Medical Center Prague", en tchèque "Medicínské centrum Praha", un établissement privé[1], qui avait conclu vers 2019 un partenariat appelé "Global Lyme Expert Group" avec la BCA-clinic allemande de Carsten Nicolaus, la "Lyme Disease Clinic UK" anglaise de Joshua Berkowitz et le "Biosalud Day Hospital" espagnol du Dr Mariano Bueno Cortes.

Le "Medicínské centrum Praha" est un organisme avec une équipe médicale nombreuse.[2]
Il y a été organisé une conférence les 20-21 septembre 2019 avec de nombreux VIPs de l'ILADS[3]
