On parle depuis des années des &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;perfusions de vitamine C&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; comme d&amp;#039;une thérapie expérimentale et peut-être efficace contre le cancer, mais aussi pour d&amp;#039;autres maladies comme les allergies ou les maladies rhumatismales. Pour être efficaces, des doses très élevées (méga) de l&amp;#039;ordre du gramme doivent être perfusées. Les patients qui ont subi des perfusions à haute dose de vitamine C dans le cadre d&amp;#039;essais de thérapie médicale alternative font état de perfusions de 60 grammes d&amp;#039;acide ascorbique, par exemple.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Les fortes doses d&amp;#039;acide ascorbique entraînent une osmolarité élevée, les préparations doivent donc être suffisamment diluées. La simple injection dans une veine n&amp;#039;est pas envisageable.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dans les années 1990, trois grandes études ont démontré de manière convaincante que l&amp;#039;administration de vitamine C (et de vitamine A et E) ne prévient pas le cancer. Lors d&amp;#039;un test de laboratoire en 2008, les cellules cancéreuses se sont révélées extrêmement résistantes à divers médicaments pour le traitement du cancer après que les chercheurs les aient prétraitées avec de la vitamine C. Les médicaments n&amp;#039;ont ensuite tué que 30 à 70 % des cellules tumorales renforcées par rapport aux cellules non traitées. En outre, les cellules cancéreuses traitées à la vitamine C se sont transformées en tumeurs particulièrement rapidement chez les souris. Les scientifiques du Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center de New York supposent que cet effet de la vitamine C se produit également dans l&amp;#039;organisme humain.&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;Mark L.
