Son approche thérapeutique est appelée Ausgleichstherapie nach Kremer [traduction de l'appellation en français: Thérapie de compensation selon Kremer)] (aussi NAC-Ausgleichstherapie, biologische Ausgleichstherapie, Hochdosis-Ausgleichstherapie oder Sechs Säulen Ausgleichstherapie). L'hypothèse [[pseudo-médecine|pseudo-médicale]] de Kremer comporte également des éléments [[ésotérisme|ésotériques]] à mentionner: Ainsi, il soutient qu'il existerait une "communication" cellulaire interne au moyen de "quanta de lumière" qui ferait de l'homme un champ de quanta de lumière en évolution. Citation de Kremer: "La chaîne respiratoire dans les mitochondries produisent des photons. La communication dans la chaîne respiratoire travaille avec des quantas de lumière. L'homme est un champ de quantas de lumière en évolution.. !"
