The inventor is said to be a Paul Baumann. According to Methernitha it is a [[Perpetual Motion]] device able to produce electrical output of 7,5 kW.

The Methernitha community does not grant access to the Testatika device since ''mankind is not ripe for revolutionary innovations''.

There are no reputable reports, that support the claims. Furthermore, functioning replicas do not exist. The fact, that the Methernitha community in Linden uses a conventional hydroelectric plant plant to supply itself with electricity – instead of using ''free energy'' – shows the senselessness of the claims.

The claims were printed without skepticism in the [[NET-Journal]] (Issue 5/6 2005).
