Naidoo represents views characteristic of the [[Reich Citizens' Movement]] which denies the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany as a state; they view Germany as a "limited liability company" [GmbH] and hence use the label of "BRD GmbH". He furthermore supports and spreads various conspiracy theories, like about 9/11 and about an alleged financial crisis.

In August 2014, Naidoo came forward with similar views at a spontaneous gig in Mannheim during a so-called "Peace Vigil" which are being organised by a broad right from Third Position supporters, Reich Citizens, to the extreme right, united e.g. in anti-Americanism and a rejection of mainstream media which they characterise as a "gutter press forced in line". In July 2015, Naidoo pursued further legal action against the Foundation in front of Mannheim district court, presumably refering to a presently still non-final judgement of a Munich court in a lawsuit instituted by populist, editor, and Third Position activist Jürgen Elsässer. Previously, the Foundation had refused to sign the declaration which covered several passages in the text, particularly these:

As far as this aspect is concerned, the Court did not follow the author and the Foundation in their argumentation that Reich Citizens were spreading this analogously, so that it was not just an interpretation by author and Foundation, but in fact the interpretation given by Reich Citizens themselves. The Court hinted it was going to view this as a wrongful statement of fact as it was unable to interprete Naidoo's statements accordingly. Had it come to a verdict, the court most probably would have followed Naidoo's petition.

This sentence was not part of the original article, in which the author instead described that there had been appeals among the social environment of the protest to storm Reichstag and violently overthrow the federal government. This is in accordance with facts. During a usual editorial revision, the original rather long sentence was split into two sentences which caused the statement Naidoo incriminated. Foundation and author refrain from the sentence: ''"Someone spreading songlines as Xavier Naidoo does in his album 'Alles kann besser werden' [All can get better], is probably an anti-semite"''. ==Controversy about Naidoo nomination to participate in Eurovision Song Contest==
On November 19, 2015, public TV station ARD announced their decision to have Xavier Naidoo represent Germany at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest taking place in Sweden. Contrary to most recent procedures, the audience would not be required to vote in an artist from a number of performers, but only be able to make a decision regarding the actual song. Since Naidoo's political and Christian fundamentalist views have been discussed publically for several years as of now, this decision raised some fierce opposition among the audience and caustic comments published via Twitter and in media comment sections ("Deutsches Reich - zero points"<ref> </ref>). Commenters e.g. wondered how Naidoo could convince himself to represent a country which, according to his views, does not exist. Others pointed to the fact that ARD's decision will estrange the contest's most loyal fans, the LBGT community, because of Naidoo's homophobic notions. By November 20, there were already two online petitions against the choice of Naidoo to represent Germany at the ESC. On November 21, the nomination was withdrawn by the TV station.

Wayne Simmons is an American citizen and meanwhile an indicted fraud. Like [[Steven Emerson]], he was a frequent pundit on Fox News.

Simmons invented an impressive curriculum vitae which is fake. His claims to have been a CIA outside paramilitary special operations officer likewise are not based on facts, and his further claims to have been working for the CIA for 27 years is another lie. These claims and allegations were the basis of his claims of expertise which were accepted by Fox News and apparently the US government, too, since Simmons worked as a subcontractor for the government several times. None of his allegations and claims were ever revealed by examinations done for security clearance.

Simmons' fraudulent claims were revealed when he was arrested for making false statements, major fraud against the US, and wire fraud by the FBI in 2015. Having been active as an alleged expert for some 13 years, Simmons in many cases took up extremist right views, introducing them to a mainstream audience and serving to give credence to such views and even to conspiracy theories.

The girl L. K. in the first grade, there must be a serious entanglement in her whole inner being. There is not much we can do. It is one of these cases becoming increasingly frequent, in which children are born in human form who actually, with respect to their highest ego, are not human, but who are filled with non-human beings. Since the nineties, a lot of ego-less humans occur who are not reincarnated, but where the human form is filled with some kind of natural demon. There is quite a number of old people who are not human, but natural spirits, and human only in respect of their shape. You cannot establish a demon school.

:An sich ist nicht ausgeschlossen, daß im Kosmos ein Rechenfehler geschieht. Es sind doch lange für einander determiniert die hinuntersteigenden Individualitäten. Es geschehen auch Generationen, für die keine Individualität Lust hat hinunter zukommen und sich mit der Leiblichkeit zu verbinden, oder die sie auch gleich am Anfang verlassen. Da treten dann andere Individuen ein, die nicht recht passen. Sie unterscheiden sich auch sehr wesentlich von den Menschen in bezug auf alles Geistige. Sie können es zum Beispiel nie zu einem Gedächtnis bringen in den Dingen, die Sätze sind. Sie haben eigentlich nur Wortgedächtnis, kein Satzgedächtnis.
 It is not impossible that a miscalculation happens in the universe. Descending individualities have been determined for each other since long. Generations occur for which no individuality feels like descending and combine with their physicalness, or leave them in the beginning. Other individuals will enter which do not really fit. But now this becomes very frequent that ego-less humans walk about who are not really human and only have human shape, creatures resembling nature spirits, who will not be identified since they have human shape. They show considerable differences to man in respect of everything mental. They will never be able, for example, to develop a memory in matters which are sentences. Their memory is restricted to a word memory instead of a sentence memory.

The mysteries of life are not this simple. When such a creature goes through death, then it will return to nature from whence it came. The body decomposes; a correct dissolution of the etherical body does not happen, and the nature spirit will return to nature.

Denken Sie, was die Leute sagen, wenn sie hören, hier wird erklärt, daß es Menschen gibt, die keine Menschen sind. Aber es sind Tatsachen. These issues are discussed only reluctantly after we have been assaulted antagonistically in many cases anyway. Imagine what people will say when they learn we contend here that there are humans who are not human at all. But these are facts. We also would not have such a decline of culture if there was a strong feeling for the fact that there are many people walking about who advance just because they are ruthless, and that they are no humans but demons in human shape.

 Now look, whereas in man we have to go from the stomach to the head, from the bottom up, we have to take the opposite direction in plants. The plant's root is related to the head. If we consider that, we will fully understand the meaning of the root. Because the potato, it has tubers; this is something which has not become root completely. If you eat many potatoes, you will preferably consume plants which did not become root completely. Thus, when you eat only potatoes and eat too many potatoes, you do not get enough into your head. It stays down in the digestive system. This is why, by eating potatoes, people in Europe neglected their head, their brains. So you will conclude: Since potato consumption became rampant in Europe, since that times the head of mankind became more and more incapacitated.

What is the brain? The brain simply is fecal matter brought to an end. Premature brain deposit passes the bowels. Bowel contents in its processes is indeed related to the brain. Speaking grotesquely, I would say an advanced heap of dung is what spreads in the brain; but as a matter of fact it is correct. Dung is what is converted by an organic process into the noble matter of the brain where it is the basis for self-development.

Es gelang Bivolaru, eine große Anzahl von Anhängern zu gewinnen und seine Aktivitäten sogar ins Ausland auszudehnen, wo er Filialen eröffnete, besonders in den Ländern Nordeuropas. Gregorian Bivolaru wurde 1952 im rumänischen Tărtăşeşti (Verwaltungsbezirk Ilfov, heute Dâmboviţa) geboren und besuchte eine Schule in Bukarest. In seiner Kindheit behauptet Bivolaru ein Offenbahrungserlebnis: Demnach sei ihm offenbart worden, ein tibetischer Yogi zu sein. Bivolaru behauptet eine große Zahl an Werken studiert zu haben, die ihn 1978 dazu inspiriert hätten, eine eigenständige Form des Yoga zu erfinden. Er betätigte sich zunächst als Klempner. Später begann er sich für [[Yoga]] zu interessierten. 1977 wurde er der Verbreitung pornographischer Bilder angeklagt und zu einem Jahr Haft verurteilt, konnte aber von einer Amnestie unter Diktator Nicolae Ceauşescu profitieren. 1984 wurde er wegen einer angeblichen Verschwörung gegen Ceauşescu erneut verurteilt.

Zusammen mit 20 weiteren "Yogalehrern" wurde Bivolaru 2004 in Rumänien unter anderem Menschenhandel, sexueller Nötigung und Missbrauch von Minderjährigen vorgeworfen, was ihn zu einer heimlichen Flucht nach Schweden bewog. Ein ehemaliger Rechtsanwalt von Bivolaru verklagte ihn zudem auf Zahlung von angeblich ausstehenden 666.666 Euro. Im Januar 1990, (nach dem Ende des Ceauşescu-Kommunismus in Rumänien 1989) gründete Bivolaru in Bukarest sein "Mişcarea de Integrare Spirituală în Absolut", Movement for Spiritual Integration into the Absolute", "Bewegung zur Integration ins Absolute", oder kurz MISA<ref>Mişcarea de Integrare Spirituală în Absolut, Şoseaua Sălaj Nr.2, Bl.126A, parter Sector 5, Bucureşti. telefon/fax (+40) 21- 424 23 69</ref>, das sich der vordergründig der Verbreitung des Yoga und des [[Ayurveda]] widmete. Es gelang Bivolaru, eine große Anzahl von Anhängern zu gewinnen und seine Aktivitäten sogar ins Ausland auszudehnen, wo er Filialen eröffnete, besonders in den Ländern Nordeuropas. Nach Kritik in rumänischen Medien zog sich Bivolaru 1995 offiziell von der Leitung der Bewegung zurück, blieb aber dennoch ihr spiritueller Leiter. Die Bewegung zählte bis zu 40 Ashrams oder "Zentren der Forschung, der Lehre und der Heilung" mit etwa 200 Instruktoren. Im nachkommunistischen Rumänien stieß die MISA mit ihren skurilen Esoterikaktivitäten auf Widerstand. Vorgeworfen wurden unter anderem "Blasphemie" und "antichristliche" Aktivitäten.

Das "European Yoga Council" warf die MISA im April 2008 aus ihren Reihen. MISA und alle ihre internationalen Filialen (inklusive der "Deutsche Akademie für traditionelles Yoga e.V.", wurden 2008 wegen Sexbusiness aus der International Yoga Federation und der European Yoga Aliance ausgeschlossen. Shri Yogacharya Ajita, Präsident der European Yoga Council der European Yoga Alliance begründete dies wie folgt:

Im Internet tauchten kommerzielle Porno-Videos (z.B. "To pee or not to pee") eines eigentlich geheimen "Test" der MISA auf. Der "spirituelle Test" soll sich auf "Urin-Orgasmen" bezogen haben, die von MISA-Aspiranten bei einem jährlichen MISA-Wettbewerb zur "Miss Shakti" praktiziert worden seien. Den Aspiranten war vorab nichts von einem Verkauf oder der Verbreitung der "Test"-Aufnahmen gesagt worden. 2009 hat die dänische Presse Implikationen der dänischen MISA-Filiale in Pornographie und Prostitution öffentlich gemacht.
