Einer der Schwerpunkte sind Konzepte, bei denen eine Wasserelektrolyse und Wasserstoff zum Einsatz kommen. Allgemein scheuen die PESN-Macher auch nicht vor der medialen Unterstützung verurteilter Betrüger zurück, deren Geschäftsgebaren bereits vor ihrer Verurteilung offenkundig war. Tatsächlich wird jedoch bis heute von PESN kein einziges tatsächlich funktionierendes Energie-Konzept vorgestellt, das nicht bereits bekannt wäre (etwa Photovoltaik), sich praktisch anwenden ließe und eine tatsächliche Alternative zu herkömmlichen Eenrgieformen wäre.
