An der CUIM fungierte Bradford, der selbst kein Abitur besass, als "Professor of oxidology" im "Department of Microbiology, Microscopy and Oxidology", war in Personalunion "Professor of Medicine", "Vice Chairman", "Treasurer" und saß im "Board of Trustees". Bradford schmückte sich selbst mit zwei "Doktor"-Titeln seiner eigenen Firma. Als früherer Präsident der Firma wird Majid Ali angegeben. Chairman war Stephen E. Owens.
