Zhdanov Vladimir Georgievich was born in 1949 in a peasant family. His father worked as a military doctor.
In 1966 Vladimir graduated from the Physics and Mathematics School. The following year the young man worked as a stoker at a brick factory (town of Mara, Turkmen SSR).
From 1967 to 1972 he received higher education at the Novosibirsk State University (Faculty of Physics). Then I got a job at the Institute of Electrometry and Automation.
In 1980 he became a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (specialty "optics").
In 1983, Vladimir Zhdanov organized the informal Unrestless movement of the USSR. And later he founded the International Academy of Sobriety.
In 1984 he was appointed to the post of senior lecturer at the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical Institute (Department of Physics).
In 1988 he became the initiator and organizer of the Unionstruggle for folk sobriety (SBST). The next 20 years he held the post of deputy chairman (chairman was Academician Uglov). In 2008, Zhdanov headed the SBST.
From 1991 to 2001, Vladimir Georgievich worked as a consultant for JSC Vitas.
In 1997 he received a diploma in the field of "practical psychology" at the Novosibirsk Pedagogical University.
From 2001 to 2007 he held the post of professor at the Siberian Humanitarian Institute (department of psychoanalysis).
Since 2007, Vladimir Zhdanov lives in Moscow and is part of an organization called the International Slavic Academy.
