Escozul-Therapie
Die Escozul Therapie ("Vidatox-Therapie" oder "Kubanische Impfung") ist eine aus Kuba stammende alternativmedizinisch-homöopathisch unkonentionelle Krebstherapie, bei der Gifte der Skorpionart Rhopalurus junceus eingesetzt werden, einer Skorpionart die nur auf Kuba und benachbahrten Inseln heimisch ist und auch als "blauer Skorpion" bekannt ist. Der Stich durch diesen Skorpion ist normalerweise nicht tödlich. Der LD50-Wert liegt bei 8 mg/Kg Körpergewicht.
Ursprünglich hiess das Mittel Escozul, wurde dann aber in Vidatox umbenannt.
Das Mittel, für das keinerlei Belege einer Wirksamkeit vorliegen, wird als 30 ml Fläschen mit Preisen zwischen 150 Euro und knapp 500 Euro im Internet angeboten. In der Schweiz wird das Mittel von einer Firma "ib-consulting & trading GmbH" in CH-8865 Bilten angeboten[1].
Die oberste kubanische Arzneimittelbehörde CECMED hat schon vor einigen Jahren einen dringenden Warnhinweis veröffentlicht, in dem ESCOZUL als "betrügerisches Naturprodukt" bezeichnet wird, das ein "Risiko für die Öffentlichkeit" darstelle.[2]
Escozul / Vidatox
Das Vidatox genannte Mittel wird (als Escozul-Nachfolger) seit 2011 von der kubanischen Pharmafirma Labiofam als homöopathisches Produkt in der 30. C-Potenz unter dem Handelsnamen Vidatox 30CH hergestellt und angeboten. Gleichzeitig fehlt jedoch Fachliteratur zur Therapie, die den Einsatz zur Behandlung von Tumoren rechtfertigen könnte (Stand 2012). Erwähnung findet die Therapie lediglich in der Publikumspresse.
Die Verdünnung der Skorpiongifte in der 30. C-Potenz schliesst die Anwesenheit wirksam werdender Moleküle aus. Zu Nebenwirkungen über einen Noceboeffekt hinaus kann es auch nicht kommen. Zu Escozul existiert derzeit eine einzige Fachveröffentlichung in einer toxikologischen Zeitschrift, in der jedoch nur auf die Gifte des Skorpions eingegangen wird[3]. Die Escozul-Therapie ist bislang im deutschsprachigen Raum selten diskutuert oder beworben worden. Auf Interesse stiess sie vielmehr im spanisch- und italienischen Sprachraum sowie erstaunlicherweise in Albanien und offenbar neuerdings auch in Montenegro.
PharmaMatrix Klinik Tirana
In englischer Sprache werden im Internet an Krebs Erkrankte angesprochen, um sich in Tirana (Albanien) mit dem homöopathischen Vidatox Mittel behandeln zu lassen. Dort agiert eine italienische Firma namens PharmaMatrix, die Vidatox aus Kuba importiert und zur Behandlung von Krebserkrankungen über eine PharmaMatrix-Klinik in Tirana und Durres[4]. In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch Hotelzimmer mit angeboten. Albanien wurde explizit ausgewählt, weil dort der Import nicht zugelassener homöopathischer Mittel kein Problem sei (Albanian legislation allows easy entry of Labiofam products.).[5]

In Europe, and particularly in Italy, legislation exists from 1995 for homeopathic medicine (DL. vo 219/06) which makes it impossible to register new homeopathic drugs until December 31, 2015. The reality is that corporations have created a market monopoly by imposing a block of new registrations.
The introduction of new homeopathic drugs must follow the same procedures as allopathic drugs. It takes 3 to 5 years to register a new drug with the Ministry of Health because first you have to have pre-clinical tests. These tests generally incur costs which are then passed on to the patients. This is exactly what you want to avoid in homeopathic medicine. We didn’t want to wait for 3-5 years and wanted to have the drugs available immediately to the patients while at the same time avoiding any penalties for not following current legislation (see point 1).
Our mission required a rapid response by March 2011. We were successful because we chose Albania as the main location.
Albanian legislation allows easy entry of Labiofam products.
